These terms apply to course bookings made with ideasweneed.com. By enrolling you agree to them.
Enrollment
A place is confirmed once payment is completed. For waitlisted sessions, a place is offered when one becomes available and is held for a limited time pending payment.
Payment
Course fees are shown at checkout, including any applicable tax. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Eligible cancellations may be refunded automatically; others are reviewed on request.
Changes to sessions
Occasionally a session may be rescheduled or cancelled. If that happens we will contact you and offer a transfer or a full refund.
Your conduct
We ask all attendees to treat instructors and fellow learners with respect. We reserve the right to decline service where this is not upheld.
Liability
Our courses are provided in good faith for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected session.
